High-precision RA Brass Foil
Product Introduction
High-precision copper and zinc alloy foil is an alloy foil developed by CIVEN METAL by taking advantage of our production facilities. This brass foil has higher precision, better surface finish, and better surface consistency than traditional rolled brass foil. In addition, the high precision copper-zinc foil is easier laminating with other products after taking degrease processing. The material has also been treated with OSP, which enhances the resistance to oxidation at room temperature without affecting the basic properties of the material, not only extending the storage time of the material, but also making it less susceptible to discoloration under instantaneous high temperatures. These additional properties allow the material to be adapted to more demanding production and use environments, thus expanding the range of applications and allowing it to be used as an alternative to some of the more expensive precious metals previously used.
